Young Audiences New York’s Children’s Arts Award Benefit honors prominent philanthropists for their dedication to arts education in New York City.
The Donna Salvatore Fund for Storytelling funds programs that offer opportunities for students to connect arts learning experiences to in-school reading and writing curriculum.
MELODY offers financial support for music education residencies and instrument repair through a partnership with Michael Dorf’s FIKS (Fixing Instruments in Kids’ Schools).
The 3rd annual Junior Committee Spring Soirée will be held May 30th at The DL, with proceeds from the reception supporting YANY’s initiatives to provide arts education to underserved NYC public school children. Young Audiences New York would like to thank all of our 2012 supporters for helping us bring arts education to New York City public schools.
